How I Work...
Every session is audio recorded and you will receive a copy of all typed information post-session, so you can be fully present and not worry about taking notes during our time together.
Before we even speak, in the first 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, I will physically type a channeled message on what we need to know for your session, helping me hear, feel, and know where you're currently at. I begin, by setting a sacred space energetically, and listen to what you have to share beyond audible sound, sight, and touch through my psychic awareness. I hear, see and feel where you're at emotionally, mentally, and spiritually before we even speak and how the information is relevant to what we need to address in your healing session. We will then discuss this information in the beginning of your scheduled appointment time, to help us get on the same page very quickly. During this process, I hold you in immense Light & Love, while I communicate the information I hear and help you re-member you are heard, and in safe company. From here, we will move from one layer of your Being's wisdom, to the next, in a very short amount of time as I assess your energetic field and honor exactly why you arrived here today, and most importantly, why we are meeting in the very moment of your appointment. You will experience your truths reflected back to you, held with love, and areas you have been holding old memories and beliefs that are no longer serving you in a good way. We acknowledge the most prominent challenges you have faced in this body and planet, that are ready to be seen and heard, and then we work through a process together to create a greater sense of balance and peace. Sometimes, things you don't expect arise, so it is important to let go of expectation as much as possible and be open to what is ready to be revealed and why. You do not need to know what we are going to focus on, as your body will inform me through the process. I channel information, and take notes during your session (which will be e-mailed to you post-session), with positive affirmations and helpful reminders that come through to support you on your journey. We will address as much as we can in one session, but there is always more to address, and I leave it up to you as to how frequently we work together. Everyone has their "stuff", and my sessions aim to help restore balance and to help you expand your current perspectives and self-care in positive and healthy ways. For many of my clients, one session helps propel them forward for many months with breakthroughs in specific areas that now support them in ways they can take charge. My hope, is the work we do together, will be supportive for longer than the short time we share, and you will feel more empowered stepping forward in your life ahead.
Some of the healing process includes sound vibrations I channel through: sounds, languages, and songs that resonate deeply for those who find me, and I give you voice and honoring in a way that has yet to be fully experienced in this human form. I translate these languages, songs, messages, stories, wisdom and truths to you, sharing them with you like an old friend who has seen you on your journey, and who is still there after all these years. Every session is held in sacred space, allowing you to be seen exactly as you are, with loving presence.

Sounds, Languages, and Songs for Healing
These are part of my soul language, a blessing to this world, and your journey. I have found they help you get out of your "thinking mind," so as to allow room for movement of concepts and traumas, which have been hardened through mental processes and locked physical tissue over time. The sounds help your body unwind, and unlock these blockages, when specific sounds are uttered to gently massage the energy and physical tissue in these areas. There is nothing that is removed or added to who you are through this process. I believe you are perfect exactly as you are. It is a process of re-membering and consciously activating dormant aspects of your innate wisdom and healing what has always been accessible to you... just forgotten. I do receive telepathic translations, for all the sounds created specifically for you, so we discuss why certain sounds are made and what is happening to support specific things in your current embodiment. I often feel like a translator from multiple star systems, channeling codes of light to support your innate process to unfold, grow and shine more beautifully.... like a seed being nurtured by the sun to emerge and blossom. Some people refer to these languages as Light Language, or speaking in tongues, I often refer to it as "Psychic Sound Healing" or more affectionately, "Starseed Harmonics." My intention is you are uplifted, empowered, loved and honored through my sounds, and that we collectively thrive through loving and authentic presence of what is.

Healing Arts Training
I am innately intuitive, telepathic, clairsentient, clairaudient, and clairvoyant. I have always known where to place a hand to help someone in physical or emotional distress. As a child, I would often say things and not realize they were other people's thoughts, sometimes causing a situation that confused me and startled someone else. My first sound healing while channeling songs, was in my pre-teens complete with: images, sounds, and smells, transporting me through time and space to a traditional Native American healing. A few months later, I intuitively sent my first distant healing to a very ill friend who was able to return to school the next day. At the time, I didn't know what it was called, I just surrounded them in golden light and watched it flow through all the areas in their body that needed that light until it felt complete. It also made me feel very hot while I was doing it, not realizing I was channeling energy.
In 1999, I began studying massage therapy and graduated from two different schools, Pacific Coast School of Massage and Western Institute of Science and Health. Afterwards, I shared an office space and apprenticed with a woman, Serena Garcia, for several years. She taught me how to palpate and locate the meridians in the body through subtle touch, which combined with my Reiki training, I found attuned my psychic senses to help people with common ailments. Eventually, these techniques were then integrated through massage therapy techniques that created a powerful combination to support people with alleviating acute or chronic pains. Soon, I began to realize I could easily identify where someone was hurting, because I could feel it in my body. I also discovered, I knew when balance had been restored, because the sensation I had would either move to a new location for further work or disappear completely within my body. This awareness through my professional practice, helped me remember that even in childhood, I could feel this connection with others.
I continued on with my Reiki training and completed my Reiki Master and Advance Reiki Training certificate in 2003. This is where I learned about psychic surgery, crystal grids, and how using meditation could help restore harmony in the body. I left my healing practice shortly thereafter, to attend college at the University of California, Davis where I graduated in 2007 with a B.A. in Anthropology and an emphasis in Race, Class and Gender Inequalities. During this time, I found I could channel sound coupled with my Reiki practice, and alleviate pain in the body without ever touching the physical form, faster than with Reiki alone. After countless sessions on friends, neighbors, and volunteers, I began offering distant healing sessions worldwide. I have since gone a circuitous route to being here today... sometimes withdrawing for self-care or to pursue other interests, but I always return to this work, because It Makes My Heart SING.
I want you to know, I understand it is not always easy showing up, or trusting another on your healing pathway. Especially, when you are an empath and are afraid of being more vulnerable, than you already feel. This is why it is a deep honor, being here for you today. I learned quickly what I needed to, so I could integrate and get my life flowing in the direction of my life path, and show up as a pure channel in my healing work.
